Vintage Military IC's are becoming very hard to Find! Collecting Military Integrated Circuits

I really enjoy the quality of Military Integrated Circuits! They usually have alot of gold and with age the gold finish takes on a nice patina. Some of the parts are becoming difficult to catalog as they are not made anymore. SGS TI Intel EPROM's and More

There is nothing like windowed EPROM's as they allow you to get a clear look at the actual die in the IC. It is amazing the technology that you can hold in the tip of your finger- I imagine the countless hours spent by very talented engineers creating the templates to create these marvelous parts. I particularly like the new original Intel EPROM's that are classics from the past. Added some from my collection to eBay as well.

Old Time Vintage Transistors from the 1960's

This week I have been cataloging our Transistors and Diodes. It is quite an assortment of relic's from the past. They used lots of gold in those days. Hope you enjoy this selection from hundreds of different part numbers recently placed on eBay (ACP Surplus).
