This week I have been cataloging our 4116 and 4027 RAM Chips inventory. Here are some examples of what we have put up on eBay and in my personal collection. Brings back lots of old memories about the early Personal Computers including Altair, Apple, IMSAI, Processor Tech and more as they all used these parts. We also discovered a significant quantity of old Mostek MK4027 CERDIP that are brand new and housemarked. Not sure the speed but they are nice parts.
